SALE OF USED MOTORCYCLES
The Public is hereby informed that the Motorcycles listed below is on sale by ALIGHT.
ALIGHT (Formerly American Refugee Committee International) intends to sell used motorcycles through competitive bidding on an “as is where is basis”, and can be viewed at ALIGHT – Head Office, located at Plot 112, Katalima Road, Naguru. P.O. Box 7868, Kampala – Uganda, from 09:00 am to 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm starting Wednesday 30th October 2024 to 22nd November 2024. Our office closes at 2:00 pm on Fridays and are not open on weekends.

Interested and eligible parties can purchase and complete Auction Sealed Bid Forms for the Motorcycles at a non-refundable fee of UGX 30,000 per lot, payable to the Cash Office at the above addresses from Wednesday 30th October to Friday 22nd November 2024 and register in the bid register. Note: The Buyer will be responsible for the payment of all taxes involved and the fees applicable at the time of transfer ownership.
Bidders will be required to submit their sealed bids with photocopy of the receipt clearly marked “Bid for Purchase of used Motor Motorcycles” addressed to.
Logistics & Supply Chain Department, ALIGHT, Plot 112, Katalima Road, Naguru. P.O. Box 7868, Kampala – Uganda.

The deadline for the completed bid submission is 12:00 p.m. on Friday, 22nd November 2024. Record submission in the bid register upon drop off in the tender box.
Bids will be opened at ALIGHT Main conference room, ALIGHT, Head Office, Plot 112 Katalima Road, Naguru, Kampala - Uganda at 12:30 PM on Thursday, 28th November 2024, in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives. A list of successful bidders will be displayed at the main notice board at the above addresses on Friday 2nd December,2024, by 4:00 p.m.
ALIGHT reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason whatsoever.
